Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your farm visit, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We'll happily work with you to find a new time that works. Because we prepare for each visit in advance—and we limit the number participants for each session—we're unfortunately unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Thank you so much for understanding! We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm and share a little slice of our Black Forest life with you!
